Our Chocolate Chip Family is so spectacular that we grouped them together here. Each is $5. Introducing our Chocolate Chip Cookie Fries with a Brown Butter dip. New to the family is the Chocolate Excess cookie, and you know the rest of the family (Toasted Marshmallow S'mores and the OG Brown Butter Chocolate Chip).
The PB&J Cookie
NEW! We added a little character to our Gluten Friendly Peanut Butter cookie by swirling grape jelly and sprinkling with crushed salted nuts. This will bring back childhood memories of the classic PB&J while still being a GF cookie!
Our Classic Sugar Cookie
If you've been to the City of Washougal's Christmas Parade and tried the free sugar cookie under the big tent, this is a MUCH bigger version of that cookie. We dipped it in vanilla glaze and topped it with all natural sprinkles.
NEW! Toasted Marshmallow S'mores!
Our Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookie just got a makeover! We added homemade marshmallow fluff, some Hershey pieces, and toasted graham crackers for that classic crunch. Nothing says summer quite like s'mores!

About Cookies & Cream
Hello and welcome to our website!
We are Andre and Mary Casillas—cookie creators, designers, and Washington state cottage bakers. We've been married 33 years and have two kids, Kevin (30) and Katie (22). Andre is a 3rd grade elementary school teacher and Mary is now retired and dedicated 100% to our small business after working in the corporate world and school districts. We've called Washougal our home for many years now and we've never loved a city more.
About 20 years ago, Andre found a handwritten chocolate chip cookie recipe from his grandma Thelma and began perfecting it into what is now our signature cookie: The Brown Butter Chocolate Chip. As the years passed and our menu of original creations grew, we decided to form a company with the hopes of eventually opening our own store front bakery.
In 2022, we launched our company ~ Cookies & Cream~ in Washougal and became licensed Washington State Cottage Bakers after completing the required inspection process.
We knew our friends and family loved our cookies, but we wanted more input and validation. So, over the next few years we submitted many of our cookies into the Clark County Baking Competition. Since 2023, we have won 1st place blue ribbons for every one of our entries and received very positive feedback from the judges. This encouraged us to take our next steps.
In June of 2025, we launched all of our social media accounts and became first time vendors at the brand new Washougal Community Market in our hometown…and our small business was forever changed!
