We have exciting news! We are so happy to announce that you can now buy our cookies and bread directly at a business here in Washougal called Little Otters Play Cafe

(3307 Evergreen Way in the Washougal Safeway shopping center). If you're in the neighborhood, stop by the cafe Wednesdays through Fridays, pay through Venmo or Cash App, and enjoy your treat!

About Cookies & Cream

Hello and welcome to our website! We are Andre and Mary Casillas—cookie creators, designers, and cottage bakers. We've been married 33 years and have two kids, Kevin (29) and Katie (21). Andre is an elementary school teacher and Mary just recently retired. About 20 years ago, Andre found a handwritten chocolate chip cookie recipe from his grandma Thelma and began perfecting it into what became his signature treat. As the years passed, our menu of original creations grew, so we decided to form a company with the hope of eventually opening our own store front bakery. In 2022, we launched our company ~ Cookies &Cream~ in Washougal, Washington, and soon became licensed Washington State Cottage Bakers.
