Hello and welcome to our website!
We are Andre and Mary Casillas—cookie creators, designers, and Washington state cottage bakers. We've been married 33 years and have two kids, Kevin (29) and Katie (21). Andre is an elementary school teacher and Mary is now retired and dedicated 100% to our small business!
About 20 years ago, Andre found a handwritten chocolate chip cookie recipe from his grandma Thelma and began perfecting it into what became his signature treat. As the years passed, our menu of original creations grew, so we decided to form a company with the hope of eventually opening our own store front bakery. In 2022, we launched our company ~ Cookies &Cream~ in Washougal, Washington, and soon became licensed Washington State Cottage Bakers.
In June of 2025 we launched all of our social media accounts prior to our first farmers market and our lives are forever changed!
